Meet Carrie
Founded by Reverend Carrie Knospe, People by Design combines decades of business experience with expertise in temperament and human behavior to help individuals, teams, and organizations reach their fullest potential.
Before becoming a licensed counselor and temperament specialist, Carrie built a successful career in the corporate sales world. Through years of business experience, she learned that success is rarely determined by strategy alone. The greatest asset—and often the greatest challenge—in any organization is its people.
Her experience in sales taught her how to build relationships, understand customer needs, and communicate effectively. Yet she discovered that beneath every workplace challenge lies something deeper: people are uniquely wired by design.
This realization led Carrie to pursue advanced training in counseling and temperament therapy, equipping her with powerful tools to understand why people think differently, communicate differently, respond to stress differently, and build relationships differently.
Today, Carrie brings together the best of both worlds: corporate experience and human behavior expertise.
